  • Migrate and enhance the existing Aura-based franchisee community to a new Salesforce LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) framework on Experience Cloud.
  • The goal was to create a modern, scalable, and high-performance portal that improves franchisee experience and meets evolving business needs.

  • Created custom Journey Flows in SF Marketing Cloud to automate personalized customer journeys. Enabled real-time data sync for accurate customer engagement tracking. Process automation for journey entry/exit on data changes in salesforce.
